PRIVACY POLICY for State Renewable Energy, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “SRE”) effective August 15, 2019. By communicating with SRE, using SRE Service ("Service"), or accessing and browsing SRE's website (“Website”), or any page thereof, through direct or indirect means, or alternative methods (including telephone or email) in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). SRE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued communication, use of Service, or use of the Website following the posting of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. If at any time you choose not to accept this Agreement, you agree to discontinue communications, use of Service, and use of the Website. You agree and consent to the collection, use, transmission, and distribution of your personal identifying information. You specifically authorize SRE to investigate and discover your personal information that SRE believes, in its sole discretion, may be useful or helpful in finding you or connecting you with providers of solar products or services. You understand, accept, authorize, hold harmless, and agree to defend SRE for its use, transmission, and disclosure of any and all information you provide, personal or otherwise, or which SRE discovery or develops independently through investigation. You understand and agree that SRE’s use, disclosure, and transmission of your personal and identifying information is necessary and appropriate to SRE’s service to you in identifying, contacting, and/or scheduling appointments with appropriate solar installers, manufacturers, or other solar service providers. You agree and consent to the use of “Cookies”. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. This Website and Service is controlled, operated, and intended for use only in the United States of America. The Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be situate and venued in the Vicinage of Ocean under the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. The parties agree to waive trial by jury and shall not file or participate in any class action suit or class certification application. The parties agree to resolve any dispute and be absolutely bound by binding arbitration through application to the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") as governed by rules deemed appropriate by AAA for the dispute. This arbitration agreement shall apply to any and all claims by the parties, including constitutional, statutory, common law, equitable, regulatory, or any other claim of any type. In any action or arbitration where there is a claim by one party seeking attorney fees, then either party who is the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney fees. You shall not claim nor be deemed a third-party beneficiary of any other contracts to which SRE is a party. SRE does not represent materials provided to you or on this Website are appropriate or made available for use outside of the United States of America. If any part or clause of this Agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to maximum effect of its intents and purposes.

If so, and if you choose to use the services provided by those third-party websites, you may be asked by those sites to provide certain personally identifiable information. SRE is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This Agreement applies solely to this Service and Website. SRE is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.
