You agree and consent to the use of “Cookies”. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. This Website and Service is controlled, operated, and intended for use only in the United States of America. The Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be situate and venued in the Vicinage of Ocean under the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. The parties agree to waive trial by jury and shall not file or participate in any class action suit or class certification application. The parties agree to resolve any dispute and be absolutely bound by binding arbitration through application to the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") as governed by rules deemed appropriate by AAA for the dispute. This arbitration agreement shall apply to any and all claims by the parties, including constitutional, statutory, common law, equitable, regulatory, or any other claim of any type. In any action or arbitration where there is a claim by one party seeking attorney fees, then either party who is the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney fees. You shall not claim nor be deemed a third-party beneficiary of any other contracts to which SRE is a party. SRE does not represent materials provided to you or on this Website are appropriate or made available for use outside of the United States of America. If any part or clause of this Agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed to maximum effect of its intents and purposes.
