Exclusive Roofing Offer For Qualified Solar SREC-2 Applicants
In an effort to stop solar companies from installing panels on deficient roofs there is a minimum 10 year service warranty required in order to qualify for solar. Due to this implementation the FREE roof replacement program was created in order to help homeowners feel comfortable with their solar installation without worry of leaks effecting their roof integrity. This program installs a GAF roof with a 50 year warranty that won't be voided by panel installation and will provide the benefit of max life expectancy of the panel system.
Not ALL homes will be eligible.
Damaged plywood will be replaced at installation with the most competitive lumber prices available.
Ventilation in the attic & water protection are standard with this program. No additional fees should be expected.
Receive a fully transferable GAF 50 year roof warranty with your installation.
Federal Tax Credit
The 30% Investment Tax Credit is available to consumers who install a minimum 2.3 kwh system. This is essentially a coupon that comes directly to you through your tax filings. The average homeowner gets back $10,789 with this credit.
State SREC-2 Program
This program provides a flat rate for 15 years at a rate $90 for every 1,000 kw of power produced by a solar panel system. With the average system in NJ producing 9,967 kw a year, thats more than $13,500 over the life of the system!
Net Metering
NEM stands for Net Energy Metering and this could be considered the best incentive available to homeowners.
This is an agreement with your electric company that they will only bill you for the power that you use beyond what your system produces.
So if your system produces: 12,000 kw and you use 12,000 kw, you won't see any charges for electric consumption. This allows you to have power at night when your system isn't pushing power back to the grid.
If your solar system sends more energy to the grid than you consume, you will receive credit on your utility bill at the wholesale rate for each kilowatt-hour of energy.
Power your building with the sun's energy, experience energy independence and save money on utilities with solar panel solutions!
Homeowners can receive federal tax credits which can lower your federal income tax.
Solar lowers your carbon footprint by replacing systems emitting toxic greenhouse gasses.
Create your own energy and pay less over time than other traditional electrical sources.
